Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ji77 ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on ji77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by ji77, including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ji77. Opening duplicate accounts, or allowing others to operate your account, is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details. Any intentional misrepresentation of this information constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ji77 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and never sharing your password with any third party. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

• Withdrawals tied to active bonus funds remain frozen until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before rollover completion may result in bonus cancellation.

Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

Bet Cancellation

Account Suspension and Termination

ji77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, if it determines that these Terms have been violated. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited activity, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access to games, payment processing, or account management features. We will endeavour to minimise disruption and restore full service as quickly as possible.
